With over 25 years of experience across major projects, Director Zoë Melis’ extensive skills cover all aspects of project management with a focus on urban regeneration, rezoning and precinct development and the delivery of complex programs.

Zoë has a Masters Degree in Town and Country Planning and a breadth of experience across the public and private sector, nationally and internationally. Zoë is recognized for her ability to lead complex projects, manage multi-disciplinary teams and navigate challenging planning and government environments. Her communication style builds strong relationships with clients, consultants and government representatives.
