Under the Site Feasibility Assessment Program, the former Land and Housing Corporation undertook a rolling program of site feasibility assessments to analyse development opportunities. The intent was to determine realistic yields and suitability for development as Affordable Housing, Seniors Living, development under Council controls or no development potential.
Planning and project management expertise focusing on:

Assembly of technical team including designers and environmental consultants.

Management of opportunities and constraints and preparation of site analysis plans.

Review of relevant local and State planning legislation and controls and preparation of block option plans to enable feasibility assessment of each site.

Establishment of a framework of processes, check points and client reviews to confirm progression of each site to the next phase.
The outcome of this role was a clear understanding of the development potential for over 100 sites, enabling decision makers to evaluate viability of redeveloping, selling or progressing Affordable Housing or Senior Living developments.
