Stockland and Allam Property Group are jointly seeking rezoning of approximately 78 hectares of land in Gables, NSW (West Gables). Being strategically located adjacent to established and planned precincts in the North West Growth Area, the site is a logical extension to this community.

ClarityPM effectively engaged with Council and government agencies to progress the planning proposal through Gateway and public exhibition.

The role required strategic advice and project management of a range of issues to facilitate the rezoning, including:

Finalisation of the rezoning is imminent, enabling both Stockland and Allam Property Group to progress development approvals.
