The Community and Justice Precinct located in the heart of Campbelltown City Centre has the potential to create new jobs, infrastructure and expanded government and justice services for the local area and south west Sydney. Campbelltown City Council, supported by the NSW and Australian Government has embarked on master planning of the site.

ClarityPM provided strategic advice as well as development and project management support including:

Project planning, programming and procurement to establish a multi-disciplinary team to prepare a master plan, feasibility analysis and preferred delivery pathway.

Stakeholder governance across three levels of Government, including Working Group, Steering Group and Board engagement.

The Master Plan including preferred delivery strategy was successfully delivered to the three levels of Government Steering Committee for consideration of Phase 1 implementation.
