Allam Property Group’s vision for Kiara in South Wilton is to create a community structured by nature, shaped by bushland edges, water systems and expansive views. ClarityPM acted as project manager to prepare the master plan and planning proposal for this community which proposes a series of micro-communities, connected by community streets, paths and pocket parks. Kiara has a strong sense of identify being underpinned by sustainability and respect for Country.
Collaborative design was key to effectively interpreting this vision through the design and planning work. The role included:

Project planning, multi-disciplinary team coordination and program management.

Clear establishment of sustainability and Connecting with Country principles at the outset.

Multi criteria assessment of design options.

Consideration of biodiversity approach including stewardship.

On site sewerage solutions.

Stakeholder engagement with Council and government agencies.

Infrastructure delivery planning.
The planning proposal was successfully submitted to Council to progress through statutory process.
