Cemetery Master Planning

ClarityPM brings experience in cemetery-related work across strategic planning, master planning and approvals, supporting clients in a highly specialised and sensitive sector.

 

While completed in previous senior roles, this experience remains directly relevant to ClarityPM’s current service offering. Project experience includes:

• Preparing strategic site criteria for future cemeteries for the Greater Cities Commission,

• Managing cemetery master planning across several States for InvoCare, and

• Coordinating rezoning and early approval pathways for cemetery expansion projects for Blacktown City Council.

 

Each of these roles involved stakeholder consultation, technical consultant coordination, strategic site assessment, and the integration of issues such as heritage, ecology, flooding, services and land use planning.
