The role involved reviewing existing site conditions and legislative requirements, identifying key issues and opportunities, and coordinating input from relevant stakeholders across Council.
A strong focus was placed on stakeholder engagement, including consultation with internal teams to understand operational needs, community use, governance requirements and future aspirations for each site. This collaborative approach helped ensure each Plan of Management was practical, compliant and aligned with Council’s strategic objectives for the long-term use and management of community land.
